  Your prices are very good - are all your products brand new?
All our products are brand new. We do not sell “graded” (second hand) appliances. They are all supplied with the manufacturer's full warranty that can be extended for up to five years in most cases.
 

Do you sell "B grade" products on your website?
No, we only supply new, boxed and fully guaranteed goods on our website.

 

Is there a discount for bulk buying?
Yes, if you are a trade or contract customer we can offer you tailored prices and a trade account. Call 0151 428 8202 to find out how to apply for a trade account.

  Will you try to match or beat prices I have found elsewhere?
Yes, using our Price Match Service we will try to match, or beat, any genuine price you may find elsewhere. Please note, our price matching service is only offered prior to ordering.
  Do you have your products in stock?
We stock many products however some may be delivered directly from the manufacturer. This allows us to maintain out low prices and efficent delivery.
 

How can I pay for my goods?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, personal and company cheques. Please note, payment is taken at the time of order.

 

Can I pay by cheque?
Yes. Call us to place your order and we will process the order once the cheque has cleared.

 

How secure is your site?
Payments are taken and processed directly through the HSBC bank and their secure payment service, this ensures absolute safety and security for every transaction.

 

How will I know when to expect delivery?

Will my new appliances fit into my existing units?
Most new products are made to European standard sizes. Built in double ovens, typically meausre 900mm high and replacement is a simple matter. However as this is not always the case you can contact our helpline and our trained staff can advise on measurements and the most suitable product for replacment if it is not replacing a standard size unit.

 

Can I have my new appliance connected when it is delivered?
The cost of all our appliances exclude connection, there is no installation service for built in appliances outside the Northwest of England. The installation of built in appliances will need to be arranged by yourself with a local tradesman. For gas appliances, please use your nearest CORGI registered engineer. Do you supply the Trade?
Yes, call 0151 428 8202 ask for our trade sales department. We offer our trade clients special prices, packages and contract deals.

 

How do I get my appliances repaired under warranty?
Call the service number supplied with your appliance and ensure that you have your purchase invoice to hand. The manufacturer will arrange for a qualified engineer to call at a convenient time.

 

What do you do with the information I give to you?
We treat all your information with the highest level of privacy and do not disclose any details to thrid parties.
